Residence dedicated to university students, teachers and the public in general with special attention to institutions and companies, we are located in the heart of the Republica neighborhood, place which harbor more than 44 universities and few blocks from 2 metro lines (Toesca and Republic) and one block from the supermarket, as well as find us only 4 blocks from the entertainment center Movistar Arena in O'Higgins Park that also houses the Fantasyland Entertainment Center and We are only 3 blocks from the Equestrian Club.
